Men’s Group! Calling all Catholic Men
Sep 29 @ 8:00 am – 9:00 am

Imagine if the men at our parish and those across the diocese of Antigonish stepped-up and journeyed together, held each other accountable, and committed to becoming better husbands, fathers and brothers… it would literally transform our parishes, and change the world.

“Brothers, do you want tomorrow to be better than today? Are you willing to do what it takes to become a better man for yourself, your family, and those around you?” – Chris Stefanick

YOUCAT (Youth Catechism) Study
Oct 11 all-day

May 10th @ 28 Saint Peters Road Sydney, N.S.
May 26th @ 69 James Street, Whitney Pier, N.S.

YOUCAT is short for Youth Catechism of the Catholic Church. The YOUCAT is an accessible, contemporary expression of our faith. Pope Benedict XVI said, “I invite you: Study this Catechism! That is my heartfelt desire.” The YOUCAT Study is an opportunity for youth and young adults. In brief, the YOUCAT discusses topics such as:
What Catholics believe and why (doctrine), How Catholics celebrate the mysteries of the faith (sacraments), How Catholics are to live (moral life), How they should pray (prayer and spirituality)

I encourage anyone over the age of 16 to come enjoy an evening of learning about their faith, prayer and fellowship. I will provide a YOUCAT book for those who come! If you have a bible bring that with you!
